Next Total Craigroyston Play out day
“Water balloons, water slide, sand pits, Rounders, football, theatre, races and more.
Saturday 28th July saw part of Muirhouse Park closed for several hours so that young and old alike could take part in our first of two Play Out Days. Robert Pearson from the North Edinburgh News was there on the day and has written about it on the NEN’s Blog.
During the consultation for Total Craigroyston a number of people said that they wanted to see more opportunities for children to play safely outdoors. We hope that these initial events give confidence to families to use the spaces they have available to them to create opportunities for play. Sarah Low from the Total Craigroyston team was responsible for organising these events.
